STAR Cedar Storage Sheds began life in Washington State, during the mid 1980s, an off shoot of a cedar remanufacturer, as a way to further utilize materials. Always with a focus on recycling and maximizing the utility of nature’s most durable and beautiful resource, STAR has been providing top quality storage solutions for twenty years now, with tens of thousands of satisfied customers.

STAR was purchased by the Clarke Group of Companies, a fully integrated forest industry company, strongly focused on the cedar shake and shingle markets, in 2005, and now has manufacturing facilities in Winlock, WA, making us a true North American supplier of fine cedar products.

The Clarke Group, a third generation, family owned group of building product companies, specializing in all aspects of the cedar business, from logging, to custom cuts, to treating, remanufacture, and distribution. As a member of the Clarke Family, STAR continues the strong heritage as a supplier of fine cedar products and proudly supports the Clarke commitment to forest stewardship.
